Job Description

The Specialist – HR and Talent Acquisition is responsible to work closely with the leadership team at Keiretsu Forum Northwest and Rockies with a goal to lead and optimize the recruitment process to attract, identify, and hire top talent that aligns with the organization’s culture.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand existing staffing needs and selection criteria. Ensure departmental and organizational alignment in hiring new staff.
- Strategic Recruitment Planning: Create structured plans and strategies to meet the organizational needs and demands with respect to staffing. Conduct market research and analysis for each position and provide structured feedback to senior management about existing market conditions.
- Sourcing and Attracting Top Talent: Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements. Source candidates via multiple online channels – job boards, paid ads, website, and internal references. Focus on sourcing passive candidates and building a robust talent pipeline.
- Scheduling, Assessment & Selection: Conduct the first round of interview and manage the schedule for subsequent rounds with hiring managers and the leadership team. Design and implement effective assessment tools and interview processes to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Experience Management & Branding: Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain clear communication, provide timely feedback, and streamline interview processes.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to track the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and optimize processes. Find areas of deficiency and improvement. Analyze key metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire to make informed decisions.
- Talent Forecasting: Anticipate future hiring needs by analyzing business growth, workforce trends, and market conditions. Collaborate with leadership to forecast talent requirements and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Coordinating in other HR activities: Assist in other HR activities of the organization.
Qualifications
- A proven track record with minimum 3 years of related work experience with a focus on full-cycle recruiting.
- Familiarity with hiring for US markets. Preferred Industry – Finance.
- Strong familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms, including but not limited to Recruiter, job boards, and social media channels.
- Experience with data analysis tools and techniques for tracking and reporting recruitment metrics.
- Must have worked with Leadership and C-Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
