- Oversee all import/export activities, ensuring compliance with UAE and international regulations
- Manage documentation for hazardous and non-hazardous chemical shipments, including MSDS, COO, DG declarations, and customs clearance papers
- Coordinate with Customs, Municipality, and Free Zone authorities for approvals and licensing
- Ensure accurate preparation of export documents: invoices, packing lists, LC documentation, and Chamber certifications
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and regulatory bodies to ensure timely and compliant shipments
- Supervise documentation and logistics teams, providing training on chemical compliance and documentation standards
- Monitor changes in trade laws and chemical import/export restrictions, updating internal SOPs accordingly
- Lead audits and inspections related to chemical logistics and documentation
- Develop KPIs for logistics performance, cost optimization, and compliance metrics
