Professional Services Consultant

This role presents an exciting opportunity to step into the dynamic world of tax and financial technology. As a consultant in the Professional Services team, you will have a wide range of responsibilities as a subject matter expert in our software products. You will deliver implementation projects for financial reporting software for a range of clients, including ASX100 and multi-national corporates. You will advise clients as the technical subject matter expert for our software products, train clients, prepare guides and other documentation. About The Role: In this opportunity as Consultant, Professional Services, you will: Deliver implementation projects for financial reporting software products, including advising clients as the technical subject matter expert, providing training, and troubleshooting. Be involved in sales enablement activities by scoping and selling the value of our software products and services to new and existing customers. Deliver multiple implementation projects at the same time, working alongside a project manager. Enable client retention and relationship management efforts by supporting the client relationship managers in their dealings with customers as the technical expert. Prepare guides, implementation reports, training manuals and other documentation as required; and Deliver training sessions and webinars to clients. About You: You’re a fit for the role of Consultant, Professional Services if you have the following qualifications: 6+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial reporting Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, concise manner Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written) Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment #LI-SS5 What’s in it For You?
