We are actively seeking a dynamic and motivated Senior Software Engineer to join our team in the capacity of Tech Lead, driving innovation and technical excellence as we shape the future of our Financial Services business at InsuranceDekho. The ideal candidate should embody a strong sense of ownership, excel in the MERN stack, and thrive in a collaborative, transparent team environment
Responsibilities :
- Lead the development of distributed architecture and highly scalable technology systems, leveraging your expertise to tackle complex customer and business challenges effectively.
- Hire, retain, mentor, and cultivate top-tier software engineering talent within your group, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Drive the delivery of extremely reliable and high-quality technical solutions within a fast-paced development process, ensuring our products effectively solve customer needs.
- Independently lead complex technical initiatives within your team, setting and executing the technical strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
- Mentor and guide developers, encouraging curiosity and deep technical understanding to promote individual and team excellence.
- Proactively identify technical needs and propose innovative solutions, contributing to ongoing improvement and optimization efforts.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (B. Tech/B. E in Computers preferred).
- 4 to 8 years of experience in software development, with expertise in MERN stack.
- Proficiency in distributed architecture and building highly scalable technology systems.
- Demonstrated ability to hire, retain, and mentor top software engineering talent.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a track record of delivering reliable and high-quality technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration within the team.
