Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop and manage engaging content for social media channels, ensuring alignment with Neo Tangent’s brand voice and strategy.- Social Media Management: Monitor and grow the company’s social media presence, engaging with the audience and responding to inquiries.- Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track engagement metrics, report on performance, and provide insights for improvement.- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends and best practices to enhance content effectiveness.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Open to applicants from all backgrounds.- Preferred background in media, communication, marketing, or a related field.- Strong understanding of social media platforms and basic content creation tools.- Experience in using online editing tools (e.g., Canva) for content creation.- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Preferred and Additional skills:
- Previous experience with content creation or social media management is a plus.- A creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.- Familiarity with analytics tools and social media marketing strategies.
