We're looking for a skilled Technical Recruiter (1-3yrs experience) to join our team As a Technical Recruiter, you'll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for various technical positions and Engineering roles among others. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, have a strong understanding of technology, and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience in C2C and W2 tax terms. Responsibilities will include sourcing and screening potential candidates, understanding and utilizing Boolean search strings to optimize candidate sourcing efforts, conducting in-depth technical interviews, and managing the full recruitment process from sourcing to closing. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Ceipal and RPS is required.
