Job Title: Cluster Engineer - Drone Technology

Location: Maharashtra/Vidarbha/Madhya Pradesh/Chhattisgarh/Odisha/Jharkhand

Eligibility: Experienced / Fresh Diploma / BE / BTech (Mechanical, Aeronautical, E&E, or similar). DGCA Drone Pilot License (or willingness to get certified) is Preferred.

**About the Role:**

Become the face of our technology This unique role blends hands-on drone operation with customer engagement. You will not only pilot drones for demonstrations but also be a key technical expert, helping farmers and businesses understand the transformative benefits of drone technology.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Conduct live drone flight demonstrations and spraying operations for potential clients in the field.

* Provide technical support and basic training to customers on drone usage and best practices.

* Actively generate leads and promote our drone services and products within the agricultural and surveying sectors.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, FPOs, and local businesses.

* Collect field data and customer feedback to help improve our products and services.

* Achieve assigned sales and demonstration targets for your region.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**

* Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aeronautical, or similar field.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable speaking to groups.

* A strong passion for drones, agriculture, and technology.

* Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours in rural settings.

* A valid DGCA Drone Pilot License is a major advantage. Training can be provided for the right candidate.
