Maintenance Engineer

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of all aspects of maintenance, including preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and capital projects. He should also have excellent leadership and communication skills, and be able to manage a team of maintenance technicians effectively.
Introduction of Company: Our client was established in 2012 in Mumbai. They are involved in the manufacturing, installation, and servicing of Multi-level Stack Parking systems, Passenger Lifts, and Car Lifts.
Job Description:-
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department.
- Assign and prioritize work orders.
- Supervise and mentor maintenance technicians.
- Manage the maintenance budget and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate with other departments to meet their maintenance needs.
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures.
Qualifications & Skills:-
- BE – Mechanical Engineering / Diploma - Mechanical Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in a maintenance management role.
- Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and capital projects.
- Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
