We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst and UAT Lead with expertise in Salesforce to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that our Salesforce releases meet the highest standards of quality and functionality. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, project management experience, and hands-on UAT execution.

Roles/Responsibilities

Business Analysis:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce buying platform.- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and detailed user stories.- Create and maintain comprehensive business requirement documents (BRD), process flows, and user acceptance criteria.- Develop training materials and documentation to help users understand Salesforce features and changes.

User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Leadership:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive UAT strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and project timelines.- Design detailed UAT test plans and test cases based on business requirements.- Coordinate and lead UAT sessions, ensuring active participation from cross-functional stakeholders.- Track and manage UAT progress, report on test results, and ensure timely resolution of identified issues.- Identify areas for improvement in the testing process and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Project Management:

- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful completion of Salesforce implementations.- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress and any potential roadblocks.- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to ensure clear understanding of project goals and deliverables.

Skills required:

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst and UAT Lead, preferably with Salesforce projects.- Salesforce Administrator & ISTQB certification (preferred).- Experience with JIRA- Strong understanding of Quote to Cash process- Must possess business acumen, analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Project management skills will be a plus.- Proficiency in adapting to a distributed, diverse environment; ability to work independently; skilled in prioritizing tasks and fostering collaboration to ensure timely completion, all while maintaining a keen focus on quality and scalability.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present to senior stakeholders.- Proficiency in succinctly drafting and communicating issues in a clear and concise manner, ensuring easy understanding by stakeholders.

- Open to working APJ/EMEA hours- Location: Pune, India (hybrid)- Candidates with shorter notice period will be preferred
