Requirements :

Work and Technical Experience :

Snaplogic Development :

- Hands-on experience in building end-to-end integrations using the Snaplogic development platform.

- Proficient in creating pipelines, connecting data sources, and transforming data within Snaplogic environment.

- Define and follow best practices for development.

ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) :

- Well-versed in ETL processes, ensuring data flows smoothly between systems.

- Hands-on experience on ETL tasks using Snaplogic, such as data extraction, cleansing, and loading.

- Deep understanding of SQL and database concepts.

Data Integration :

- Integration of various data sources, APIs, databases, and applications.

- Ability to handle complex data scenarios and ensure seamless data movement.

Cloud Integration :

- Experience with cloud-based integrations, especially within platforms like Azure, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Data Quality and Validation :

- Focused on data quality.

- Experience with any data profiling or validation techniques.

Collaboration and Communication :

- Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders.

- Effective communication skills are crucial for understanding requirements and translating them into efficient workflows.

Performance Optimization :

- Experience with performance tuning or optimization approach and techniques.

- Improved data processing speed, reduced latency, or optimized resource utilization.

Certifications and Training :

- Relevant certifications and trainings.

- Deep understanding of Pharma domain.

Must Have Skill Set :


- Hands-on experience in building end-to-end integrations using the Snaplogic development platform.

- Proficient in creating pipelines, connecting data sources, and transforming data within Snaplogic environment.

- Well-versed in ETL processes, Hands-on experience on ETL tasks using Snaplogic.

- Relevant certifications and trainings.

Good To Have Skill Set :

- Hands-on experience on ETL tasks using Snaplogic.

- Deep understanding of Pharma domain.

- Knowledge on REST APIs, SOAP Webservices, Authentication/Security concepts.

Qualifications :

- Experience : 5+ years in Snaplogic development, Data Management, Azure.

- Hands-on experience in ETL and Data Migration projects.

- Relevant Technical Certifications.

- Pharma Domain Understanding.

- Bachelor's degree in computer science (Preferred).

Qualities :

- Self-motivated and focused on delivering outcomes for a fast-growing team and firm.

- Able to communicate persuasively through speaking, writing, and client presentations.

- Able to consult, write, and present persuasively.

- Able to work in a self-organized and cross-functional team.

- Able to iterate based on new information, peer reviews, and feedback.
