Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Travel Consultant. The Senior Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, providing excellent customer service, making reservations, and offering tailored travel consulting services. The consultant will handle all aspects of travel management, ensuring efficient and smooth travel plans for our clients. This role is located in Pune (Boat Club Road).

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements
  • To coordinate with clients & agencies for Tour Packages, hotel booking, airline and visas.
  • Processing flight and hotel booking with necessary visa and passport applications for tour packages.
  • Will have to maintain record of hotel ,flights and client based
  • Liaising with agents in person, over the phone or via email to discuss their travel requirements.
  • Making and confirming bookings with ground suppliers
  • Issuing relevant documents time wise itinerary, meal charts & vouchers
  • Researching destinations and keeping up to date with travel industry news.
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Experience in making Reservations
  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field (Would be preferred)
