Job Description: Techno-Functional SAP CPI Developer (Support)


Position Overview : We are seeking a skilled and experienced Techno-Functional SAP CPI Developer to join our team in a support role. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of SuccessFactors basics and SAP CPI middleware, along with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP CPI with a focus on integration support. The role involves collaborating closely with business stakeholders to address data issues, debugging SAP CPI payroll interfaces during problems, and utilizing technical expertise to ensure smooth integration processes.


Responsibilities:

  • with business users to understand and address daily data issues related to SuccessFactors and other integrated systems.
  • and troubleshoot SAP CPI payroll interfaces to identify and resolve integration issues promptly.
  • with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, IT teams, and external partners, to ensure successful integration operations and data integrity.
  • and maintain integration solutions in SAP CPI, adhering to best practices and standards.

Qualifications:

  • degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • of 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP CPI development, with a focus on integration support.
  • in SAP CPI middleware, including designing, developing, and troubleshooting integration flows.
  • understanding of SuccessFactors basics, including data structures and integration points.
  • to debug and resolve integration issues within SAP CPI, with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • communication skills to collaborate effectively with business users and technical teams.
  • working with OData APIs, XSLT, and GroovyScript is a plus.
  • problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to resolve critical issues.
  • documentation skills for maintaining technical documents and integration-related artifacts.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • with HR and Payroll processes within SuccessFactors is a plus.
  • experience in liaising with business stakeholders to address data-related issues.
  • to various integration patterns and best practices.
  • CPI and SuccessFactors certifications are advantageous.
