About the Role

We are seeking a Signage Designer with at least three years of experience to join our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong creative flair, technical expertise in signage design, and proficiency in industry-standard tools and software. You will collaborate closely with our clients and internal teams to create visually impactful and innovative signage solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design Creation:

- Develop creative and functional designs for signage, including indoor and outdoor applications, wayfinding, and branding solutions.- Conceptualize designs that align with client branding and project specifications.

Software Expertise:

- Utilize design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, AutoCAD, and other relevant tools.- Create 2D and 3D renderings and prototypes for design approvals.

Client Collaboration:

- Work directly with clients to understand their requirements and deliver designs that exceed expectations.- Present concepts and make modifications based on feedback.

Material & Production Knowledge:

- Stay informed about signage materials, production techniques, and installation processes.- Ensure designs are optimized for production and installation.

Project Coordination:

- Collaborate with internal teams such as project managers and installers to ensure seamless execution.- Adhere to project timelines and budgets while maintaining high design standards.

Key Requirements:

Experience:

- Minimum of 1 year in signage design or a similar field.- A portfolio showcasing creative and technical expertise in signage projects.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), CorelDRAW, SketchUp, AutoCAD, or other relevant tools.- Knowledge of 3D design tools is an added advantage.

Creativity & Detail Orientation:

- Strong conceptualization skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics.- Ability to think creatively to solve design challenges.

Communication Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Ability to present design concepts effectively to clients and stakeholders.

Industry Knowledge:

- Understanding of signage materials, production methods, and installation techniques.- Awareness of current trends and standards in signage design.

Preferred Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.- Experience in spatial or environmental graphics is a plus.
