Job Description :


As an SAP TM Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and implementing end-to-end SAP Transportation processes for our clients. You will lead workshops to drive key design decisions, configure the core Transportation solution, and ensure seamless deployment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Logistics applications, particularly in SAP TM, and a strong understanding of Supply Chain Management processes.


Key Responsibilities :

  • Design and optimize end-to-end SAP Transportation processes at client sites.
  • Lead workshops to drive key design decisions and provide clear recommendations based on leading practices.
  • Configure, design, build, test, and deploy the core Transportation solution, ensuring seamless functionality.
  • Collaborate with business SMEs to achieve client-expected business results.
  • Utilize functional and technical expertise to implement SAP TM, including full cycle implementation and responsibility for business process design.
  • Ensure integration between SAP TM and other modules such as SAP ECC and S/4 (SD, MM, FI/CO), with knowledge of LE-TRA.
  • Deep understanding of Supply Chain Management processes, including Transportation Process for Shippers and Freight Forwarders, Transportation Planning and Optimization, Charge Management, and more.
  • Additional desirable knowledge in Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Logistics Business Network (LBN), and Global Batch Traceability (GBT).

Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of functional experience in Logistics applications.
  • Technical expertise in SAP TM, including at least one full cycle implementation.
  • Strong understanding of cross-industry and specific planning of business processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages a plus.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
