Role: Reporting Business Analyst Must Have • 3+ years experienced in one or more BI technologies: Tableau or Power BI• Medium proficiency in MS Excel and SQL• Design, develop, enhance and maintain reports and dashboards in Tableau or Power BI• Gather requirements and work with stakeholders to analyze business needs around reporting• Dedicated owner of data extracts to support all reporting deliverables• Translate reporting business requirements into functional requirements for data extracts• SME for all BU data sources, segmentation business rules and aggregates• Coordinate and manage implementation of test and control• Work across departments to iteratively enhance and improve reports.• Participate in visual design and implementation of reporting suite look and feel• Basic understanding of pharma commercial KPIs is required• Should have some business analytics experience / mindset and domain expertise• Experience in handling large data sets and building custom reports• Develop custom intuitive, interactive and dynamic dashboards, enabling actionable insights and self-service analytics.• Excellent problem solving, analytical, technical, interpersonal and communication skills Good to have EQUAL OPPORTUNITY Indegene is proud to be an Equal Employment Employer and is committed to the culture of Inclusion and Diversity.
