We are hiring Lead Business Analyst/ Business Analyst- Account Opening/ Digital Banking for our client in Pune

You offer:

Relevant experience in business analysis role on complex projects across countries or regionsOverall financial services industry knowledge with specific functional expertiseHands-on experience in

the

retail banking domainExperience in business analysis, solution design, change & implementation or consulting activitiesAnalytical and problem solving skillsAbility to work independently and proactivelyExperience with running meetings over video or teleconferenceKnowledge of MS Office and business analysis toolsWorked in Agile environment with cross functional teams.Experience in change adaption processes, plan and implement change intervention to enable smooth transition and Embed changes and transitioned to Business as usual, from requirements gathering, communications till training final user.Experience with transformation changes Design & Initiation (D&I) are an advantageExperience gathering requirements and conducting design activity, with a mix of business, operations and technology focused projectsEffective communication, inter-personal and negotiating skillsProven ability to work across regions and senior stakeholders and business sponsors
