Key Responsibilities:
Manage product listings, sales, and order processing on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and WooCommerce.
Plan and execute digital campaigns across WhatsApp, social media, search engines, and email for lead generation and sales promotion.
Conduct outbound tele-calling for customer prospecting, quotation follow-ups, and payment coordination.
Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
Prepare daily/weekly sales and inventory reports; maintain customer databases and achieve sales targets.
Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings, drafting correspondence, and maintaining minutes of meetings.
Coordinate across divisions for seamless operations and task management.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Female candidates preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, Word, PowerPoint).
Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles.
Experience in using CRM software and ecommerce platforms is an added advantage.
Strong multitasking ability and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
