Roles & Responsibilities:

Tunez is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Catalogue Operations Intern to manage, update, and modify product SKUs listed on e-commerce platforms. This 3-month unpaid internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in product management and e-commerce operations. Upon successful completion, candidates will be offered full-time roles with an industry-standard package.

Key Responsibilities:

- Product Listing Management: Ensure that product SKUs are correctly listed, updated, and maintained on e-commerce platforms.- Catalogue Updates: Regularly update product details, including descriptions, images, prices, and specifications, to reflect the latest information.- SKU Modifications: Modify product SKUs as needed, ensuring that all product information is accurate and consistent across platforms.- Inventory Management: Track and update product availability based on stock levels and sales data.- Quality Control: Ensure that all product listings meet the company’s standards for accuracy, quality, and consistency.- Cross-Platform Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that product information is aligned across multiple e-commerce channels.- Reporting: Assist in generating reports on product performance and catalogue health to identify areas for improvement.

Key Skills & Requirements:

- Attention to detail and the ability to manage large amounts of data accurately.- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify) is a plus.- Basic understanding of inventory management and product listing processes.- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.- Good communication and collaboration skills.- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
