What are we seeking?
As Sannam S4 continues to grow, we intend to evolve the delivery of our service to the education sector (largely focused on Higher Education clients). Our partners and stakeholders
Sannam S4 places tremendous value on its strategic partnerships and close affiliations with respected organisations which include a formal Strategic Partnership with the U.S. International Trade Administration (ITA) U.S. Department of Commerce, the UK Department for International Trade (DIT) and close working relations with the governments of Australia, New Zealand, Canada and Ireland. We work very closely with the Embassy of India in Washington D.C. and with the federal and state government(s) in India.
Sannam S4 leads and collaborates in thought leadership and policy discussions via close working relationships with the U.S. India Strategic Partnership Forum (USISPF) and the U.S. India Business Council (USIBC), American Chamber of Commerce in India (AMCHAM), British Business Group (BBG), Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) and the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) amongst others. We will be seeking to develop deep linkages with similar organisations based in South East Asia.
Role Summary
As the Global Deputy Manager of Learning and Development, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive learning and development programmes for our employees across the globe.
You will support/lead cross-functional collaboration to identify learning needs, support in designing and effective implementation of learning programmes to address the identified needs.
Your role is critical in ensuring seamless functioning of our in-house learning management system, and also support in developing and improving the platform.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Training Needs Analysis:
Learning Needs Assessment to help design learning journeys that are of relevance and make maximum impact
Program Design and Development:
Work with Subject Matter Experts to design and develop content in the form of e-learning/PPT which ties back to the TNA. (knowledge of e-learning authoring tool is a plus) that cater to diverse learning styles.
Implementation and Facilitation:
Support the execution of strategic developments to drive learning initiatives successfully.
Oversee the successful implementation of learning initiatives, ensuring seamless delivery and participant engagement.
Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions.
Reporting & Assessment
Maintain reports to support delivery and measure impact
Drive and Encourage feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously improve.
Vendor Management
Drive efficient delivery through the empanelled vendors
Support in new vendor identification, strategic advantage and comparisons
Qualifications & Preferred Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
Proven experience of 5+ years in designing and delivering effective learning and development programs.
Knowledge of e-learning authoring tools is a plus
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
A go-getter with ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Familiarity with learning management systems and other learning technologies.
Certification in training and development or related fields is a plus.
