highly-experienced Business Head - Nutrition & Wellness to join our Leading client in Delhi. As the Business Head, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth in the nutrition and wellness sector. This role is based in South Delhi, Delhi, India and is a full-time position.

Qualifications and Skills

Minimum 12 plus years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the nutrition and wellness industryStrong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a teamProven track record of developing and implementing successful business strategiesExcellent communication and negotiation skillsIn-depth knowledge of the nutrition and wellness industryAbility to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisionsStrong business acumen and understanding of financial principlesAbility to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and key stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to drive business growth and achieve targetsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and revenue in the nutrition and wellness sectorIdentify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to optimize business opportunitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholdersLead a team of professionals and provide guidance and support to achieve business objectivesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and servicesMonitor and analyze business performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actionsStay updated with industry developments, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and innovationConduct market research to identify potential customers and business expansion opportunitiesPrepare and present reports and business plans to senior management
