The properties range from two to eleven bedrooms and are supported by dedicated, professionally trained teams. Guests enjoy features such as private pools, lush gardens, and customized in-villa services, ensuring a seamless and memorable luxury experience.ROLE DESCRIPTIONThis is a full-time on-site role for a Facilities Manager based in North Goa. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operations of multiple luxury villas, ensuring quality standards are met. Day-to-day tasks include managing the upkeep of properties, supervising housekeeping and maintenance teams, liaising with vendors for services, and addressing guest concerns promptly. The role also involves ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.QUALIFICATIONSFacility management skills, including maintenance oversight and operational planningAbility to manage and supervise teams, including housekeeping and maintenance staffVendor management, budget planning, and effective communication skillsProblem-solving and organizational abilities to ensure seamless villa operationsKnowledge of health and safety standards in the hospitality or property management industryPrevious experience in luxury property or hospitality management is a plusProficiency in relevant software for scheduling and reporting is advantageousBachelor's degree or equivalent in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
