About the Role

We are seeking a skilled ReactJS Trainer cum Developer to join our team in Mangalore. This role requires a professional who can balance both development responsibilities and training/mentoring learners. The candidate should have strong expertise in front-end development and excellent communication skills to deliver effective training sessions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications using ReactJS and related technologies.
  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and practical assignments for learners on ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related frameworks.
  • Prepare training materials, assignments, and projects to enhance learner engagement.
  • Provide hands-on guidance, resolve learner queries, and conduct assessments.
  • Collaborate with the development team to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate them into both development and training.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in ReactJS development.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
  • Experience with Redux, Hooks, REST APIs, and Git.
  • Prior training/mentoring experience is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
