We are expanding our US Individual Taxation team and looking for an experienced Tax Manager to join us.???? Key ResponsibilitiesReview and manage US Individual Tax Returns (1040, 1040 NR, State Filings).Handle complex tax scenarios, including FBAR, FATCA, 3520, 3520 A, 5471, 8865.Lead client discussions, ensure compliance, and deliver quality tax solutions.Mentor and guide team members, ensuring timely delivery during peak seasons.Represent clients in front of the IRS with POA when required.???? What We're Looking For8–12 years of US Individual Tax experience (with reviewer-level exposure).Strong client-handling and communication skills.EA Certification is highly preferred.Ability to work in US shift (Jan–Apr, Sep–Oct); 2 PM – 11 PM in off-season.Permanent Work from Office (Bangalore / Udupi).????
