Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Event Manager located in South Delhi. The Event Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing various events from start to finish. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with clients and vendors, managing event budgets, creating detailed event plans, overseeing event logistics, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role requires excellent organizational and multitasking skills to ensure every event runs smoothly and exceeds client expectations.

  • Budget Management and Financial Planning skills
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in event management software and tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in event management or a similar role is preferred
