Head of corporate communications

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Communications leader to head the function for a leading global organization’s India operations. This role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive communication strategy, aligned with global objectives, to strengthen brand presence and positioning in India.Key Responsibilities:Develop and drive external communication strategy in line with global communications agendaAct as spokesperson and manage all media relations, sponsorships, and partnershipsPosition the organization as an employer of choice through media, social media, and awards positioningLead employer branding and employee engagement campaigns at scaleDrive content strategy for social media, website, and digital platformsPartner with leadership as a trusted advisor on communication strategy and executionManage creative agencies and deliver high-impact campaigns with measurable outcomesRequirements:15–20 years of relevant experience in Corporate Communications, PR, Media, Social Media, or Employer BrandingStrong media relations with local and regional networksExcellent copywriting, content creation, and digital storytelling skillsProven expertise in B2 B campaigns, events, and employer branding initiativesExperience in managing external agencies and creative collaborationsStrong leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills
