The underlying infrastructure of Accommodation bookings is a tangled web of middlemen and legacy technologies. Our mission is to enable companies to embed accommodation booking within their application in less than a day without talking to a single sales person.

What you’ll do


You’ll take charge of building and maintaining integrations with Property Management Systems (PMS) and Channel Management Systems (CMs) used in the Hospitality Industry. You’ll work closely with the Co-founders and will be jumping on user calls to shape the standardised APIs that will power the Hospitality Industry. 


If you thrive on taking ownership of multiple APIs, enjoy diving into API documentation, don't get bored of using Postman all day, and can circumvent the limitations of PMS and CMs by learning and implementing new data integration techniques along the way - we can’t wait to hear from you 


Responsibilities


  • Develop and integrate multiple PMS and Channel Manager systems with our core platform, mapping these integrations to our standardised APIs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly to minimise any disruption to their business operations.
  • Continuously monitor integrated systems to ensure seamless data flow and proactively identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with the team to maintain comprehensive and up-to-date API documentation for all integrations.


Who you are


  • Familiarity with code versioning tools like Git.
  • Experience in developing applications using TypeScript.
  • Strong type-checking and debugging skills specific to TypeScript. 
  • Basic knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
  • Basic knowledge of integrating with any SAAS services and APIs.


Brownie points


  • Experience with back-end frameworks like Nestjs, Django etc.
  • Understanding of object-oriented programming.
  • Knowledge of SQL database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL.


Pay


This is a 2 month internship with a monthly stipend of ₹25,000 (plus, bonus on good performance). This is a fully remote position. If you’re the right fit for the role, we’d be more than happy to extend a full time offer

  • Assignment Round
  • 1 Basic and 1 Moderate question related to algorithms, which should be coded in Typescript. We expect you to submit this in 24 hours.


  • Interview Round
  • Intro (5-10 min) (Virtual): We'll ask for details on past projects. We want to know that you can code, and speak about your work clearly.
  • Coding (20 min) (Virtual): 1-2 coding questions in your language of preference. We’ll test how you write, test, and debug solutions, and identify tradeoffs.
  • Informal Chat (5 min) (Virtual): Informal chat for you to learn more about the role. You’re welcome to ask lots of questions.
