Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Placement Manager to lead our team in onboarding multiple companies for staffing services and placing our bench of candidates. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with client companies, understanding their staffing needs, and ensuring that our candidates are successfully placed in positions that match their skills and career goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of placement coordinators to achieve placement goals.
- Set performance objectives, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback to the team.
- Identify and reach out to potential client companies to offer staffing services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their staffing requirements and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with client companies.
- Oversee the process of placing candidates from the bench into appropriate roles with client companies.
- Conduct market research to identify potential industries and companies for placement opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the client base and increase placement rates.
- Prepare regular reports on placement activities, client engagement, and team performance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or HR management, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates and managing client relationships.
- Experience in business development or sales is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
- Strategic thinking with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
