HashRoot is seeking a proactive HR Executive to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our human resources department and contribute to the overall success of our organization. Job Summary: The HR Executive will be responsible for managing various aspects of the human resources function, including but not limited to recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR administration. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, who can contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and Onboarding: Source, screen, and interview candidates to fill open positions. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely recruitment processes. Conduct new employee orientations and facilitate smooth onboarding processes. Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment. Address employee concerns and mediate conflicts, maintaining a fair and respectful workplace. Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement. Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisal processes. Provide guidance and support to managers in addressing performance issues. Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee performance and engagement. Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate training programs. Support the development of employee skills and competencies. Work with managers to create career development plans for employees. HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws. Handle HR documentation, including offer letters, contracts, and HR policies. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and a basic understanding of email etiquette. Excellent organizational and planning skills. Should be very proactive and can represent the company in events
