Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role at KES Security Pvt. Ltd. located in Ludhiana. The role requires the candidate to be responsible for Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) projects, including plumbing, electrical engineering, and mechanical engineering. The candidate will also be involved in project management, overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of security projects. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and technical expertise are crucial in this role. As an MEP Project Engineer specializing in security systems, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the design, installation, and commissioning of our security solutions in various projects. From new residential developments to commercial complexes and industrial facilities, you will collaborate closely with architects, PMC (Project Management Consultants), electrical consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:Lead the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) aspects of security system projects from conception to completion, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine project requirements and feasibility.Collaborate with architects, PMC, electrical consultants, and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive project plans and specifications.Oversee the selection and procurement of equipment and materials, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.Manage installation teams and subcontractors, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.Conduct quality assurance checks and inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications and industry standards.Coordinate with clients to address any concerns or modifications, ensuring customer satisfaction.Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance during and after project implementation.Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our offerings and services.

QualificationsMechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP), Plumbing, Electrical Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering skillsExperience in project management, overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of projectsKnowledge of security systems, fire hydrants and other technologiesStrong technical and analytical skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teamsBachelor's degree in Engineering or related fieldExperience in the security industry is a plusStrong knowledge of CCTV, Intrusion Alarm Systems, Fire Alarm Systems, Electric Fencing, and other security technologies.Familiarity with relevant codes and standards (e.g., NEC, NFPA, UL).
