ResponsibilitiesYou will design/development the control and operating software for Industrial Wireless charger products.You will work in a small Scrum team of talented engineers in an open and informal environment.Together you will bring the product implementation.You will be taking care of release management activities like performing with project teams to identify apt build schedule and initiate packaging and build process.Develop and present general releases, service packs, web products, Mobile application products.

Your backgroundMandatory Skills:You have at least five years of professional Embedded development experience with embedded C projects.You have experience with working with resource constraint- or embedded systems. Proficient in embedded firmware development, Assembly programming for the Microcontrollers.Wireless Protocol solutions development using NFC, Bluetooth 5.2 & above, Wi-Fi.Artificial intelligence (AI/ML) Algorithms / Battery SOC | SOHExperience in Industrial Wireless charging solutions, Battery management systems will be highly preferable.Experience in CAN/CAN Open stack integration & RAW Database.Experience in embedded .NET driver integrations & web solutions development.Experience in designing Plug & Play user friendly GUI applications with reference to UI/UX standards.Familiar with various communication protocols (USB, SPI, I2C and UART) and low power embedded systems, e.g., ARM Core ProcessorsExperience in standalone server applications and small database like Cassandra or MongodDB equivalent,Experience in cloud-based application development, cloud services, Cloud deployment, OTA, Device Management.Proven EE fundamentals & comfortable with tackling new challenges with the critical thinking and problem-solving skillsExperience in scripting languages, such as Python, is a plus.Proficient in modelling, data collection, data analysis, and statistical analysis tools for the predictive algorithms. (e.g., Python, JMP, MATLAB)Team player, great communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams to make the design trade-off based on the information available in a timely manner.

Additional Skills:You have at least affinity with digital hardware and circuit theory, deep knowledge in Power management, wireless Charging systems, Battery Management system is most certainly a plus.You can work in multi-disciplinary, Agile teams.You have proven experience in product design and development.You have good analytical and engineering skills.You are a clear verbal & written communicator in English and Dutch is a plus.Strong understanding of operating systems, hardware, and embedded systems.Proven experience in writing complex low-level drivers and embedded firmware.Collaborates well with cross functional engineering teams.Passionate about new technology bring-up with hardware/software dependencies.Key QualificationsYou have a bachelors or masters degree in Electronics & communications engineering or equivalent skill level.Minimum of 7-8 Years of Professional Experience.DescriptionYou will be developing and designing wireless power systems and be expected to meet a high standard for analysis and manufacturing discipline, and work with cross-functional teams to pass all specifications and requirements necessary to ship a product. You will also be responsible for:Embedded Firmware & software development, Plug & play user friendly Web/Mobile utilities development, Schematic and PCB layout reviewDefine factory tests, test limits, and work with the factory and peers to perform failure analysis and corrective actionsWrite requirements, specifications, and test plans for both hardware and FWGuide the team in the development of necessary algorithms, state-transition diagrams/flowcharts, and analysis for each regime of operationUp to 25% on site Europe travel required.
