Our SDETs have built Python script automation tools to do solutions testing of our services and clients. If you are an SDET with hands-on experience testing complex cloud and on-prem solutions for the enterprise and you would like to raise the bar with state-of-the-art solutions test automation and infrastructure, we would like to hear from you.What you will be doingDevelop expertise in our cloud security solutions, and use that expertise and your experience to help design and qualify the solution as a wholeContribute to building a flexible and scalable automation solutionHelp create and implement quality processes and requirementsWork closely with the team to replicate customer environmentsAutomate complex test suitesDevelop test libraries and coordinate adoptionIdentify and communicate risks about our releases.Be able to own and make quality decisions for the solution.Own the release and be a customer advocate.Required skills and experience8+ years of experience in the field of SDET and a track record showing that you are highly motivated and capable of coming up with creative, innovative and working solutions in a collaborative environmentExperience testing distributed systemsKnowledge of any cloud and virtualization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, GCP, KVM, OpenStack, or any orchestration platforms)Knowledge of modern data technologies (MongoDB, MySQL, ScyllaDB, Cassandra, Kafka, Pulsar, Redis, etc)Knowledge of network security, authentication and authorization.Strong expertise in TCP/IP, UDP & HTTPKnowledge of Jenkins, Hudson, or any other CI/CD systems.Strong knowledge of Python or other programming language (Go a plus)Proven ability to apply data structures and algorithms to practical problemsExcellent communication and follow-up skills and very engaging interpersonal skillsIdeal candidates will have experience testing one or more of the following - firewalls, VPN, proxies, L4-7, web gateways, PKI/TLS, SD-WAN, routing protocols.EducationBSCS or equivalent required, MSCS or equivalent strongly preferred#L1-JB3Netskope is committed to implementing equal employment opportunities for all employees and applicants for employment.
