Our client is bidding for work on the NCRTC/GC for Delhi-Gurugram-SNB Namo Bharat Corridor Delhi- Gurugram-SNB Namo Bharat Corridor.They are looking for suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the role of Chief Power Supply and Traction System Expert.Roles & Responsibilities:- Act as a person in charge of Power Supply & Traction System works.- Reviewing DPR provisions related to respective domain and to provide recommendations for system improvements.- Simulation/studies relevant to the Power Supply and Traction system.- Bid Process management, Bid Evaluation, Procurement, Proof checking and value addition of design.- Contract management for implementation of power supply & traction system works including SCADA.- Interface and coordination with other experts, contractors and NCRTC representatives.- Certification of milestones/measurements, billing and Recommendations for Payments to Contractors.- Supervision of contractors/ suppliers/ manufactures in construction and system integration works.- Any other role and responsibility assigned by PD/Employer Job Requirements - Graduate in Electrical Engineering with working Knowledge of reading, writing and Speaking in English.- Minimum 25 Years post minimum qualification experience in any Rail based Passenger Transit system.- Relevant Experience - 10 years experience for Design / Review and Implementation of High Voltage Substation, Power Distribution, Traction System, SCADA System and Dynamic Simulation of Current collection system for Rail Based Passenger Transit System as Chief Power Supply and Traction System Expert or equivalent position. The period of relevant Experience at the position immediately below the proposed position in organization shall also be considered but its weightage for the period shall be 50%. (For example, 02 years will be considered as 01 year).- Eligible Assignment -Must have Experience of one "Eligible assignment" as defined in above clause-3.2 (II)(B)(i) as Chief Power Supply and Traction System Expert or equivalent position or one level below.- The period of Eligible Assignment at the position immediately below the proposed position in organization shall also be considered but its weightage for the period shall be 50%. (For example, 02 years will be considered as 01 year).- If assignment period is more than 2 years on a particular project, the number assignment will be considered as follows:Min. 4 years = 2 AssignmentsMin. 6 years = 3 Assignments
