Job Description

We are seeking a skilled SAP Concur Consultant with strong integration experience in SAP, particularly in SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) and SAP FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP Concur and a deep understanding of business process design, configuration, testing, training, and implementation of solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- SAP Concur Implementation: Lead and implement SAP Concur services, including Service Administration and procurement, ensuring effective system deployment.- Integration Expertise: Leverage strong integration skills to connect SAP Concur with other SAP modules, especially SAP HCM and SAP FICO, to ensure seamless data flow and process alignment.- Process Design & Workshops: Participate in design workshops to define and improve processes. Work with cross-functional teams to develop business strategies and solutions through SAP Enterprise Blueprint sessions, Proof of Concepts, and presales workshops.- System Configuration & Testing: Analyze client configuration needs, and configure SAP Concur according to Expense Solutions procedures. Conduct testing and ensure the system configuration meets business requirements and best practices.- Expense Solutions & Policy Alignment: Ensure SAP Concur configuration aligns with company policies and statutory regulations. This includes understanding audit rules, receipt requirements (electronic and hard copy), and country-specific rules (e.g., CBCP vs IBCP card types).- Credit Card Integration: Manage the integration of credit card files with SAP Concur, troubleshoot issues, and ensure successful file feeds.- User Profile & Reporting Configuration: Understand and configure Concur user profiles, HR user master data, and reporting systems. Ensure reports are accurate and meet client needs.- Support & Updates: Provide ongoing support for configuration updates such as receipt policies, audit rule adjustments, and validation table changes.- Training & Documentation: Provide training to clients on SAP Concur functionalities, ensuring they understand how to use the system effectively. Prepare documentation for system implementation and updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Hands-on experience with SAP Concur.- Proven experience with SAP integrations, specifically with SAP HCM and SAP FICO.- Strong understanding of SAP Concur system architecture, including T&E and non-T&E policies.- Knowledge of audit rules (Rule types 1, 2, 99, and 51), credit card integration, and reporting.- Experience with client configuration, process design, and solution implementation.- Understanding of receipt policies and statutory requirements across different countries.- Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.- Industry certifications (SAP, Concur, or related) are an advantage.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in leading presales workshops and developing business cases.- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve configuration and integration issues.- Knowledge of cross-functional business processes and change management.
