Director – School of Media & MarketingSymbiosis University of Applied Sciences, Indore, invites applications from dynamic and experienced academic leaders for the position of Director in the School of Media and Marketing.Eligibility Criteria:Educational Qualification:Ph. D. in Management (Marketing or allied domains), Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized university.Experience:Minimum 12 years of teaching/industry experience in the relevant domain, with at least 5 years in academic leadership roles (such as Ho D, Program Chair, or similar positions). A strong portfolio of academic research, and evidence of curriculum development and academic planning is essential.Preferred Background:Candidates with significant exposure to outcome-based education (OBE), and experience in driving academic and operational excellence in higher education institutions will be given preference.Key Responsibilities:Provide academic leadership and strategic direction for the School of Media.Collaborate with the stakeholders on curriculum design, industry integration, and pedagogy enhancements.Drive faculty development, research output, and student success initiatives.Foster partnerships with the industry for internships, placements, and consulting projects.Support institutional goals related to quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and accreditation.Lead mentoring programs and innovation in teaching-learning processes.Required Skills:Strong academic leadership and team management capabilities.Expertise in Digital Media, Social Media Marketing, Tools, Ecommerce and Digital Consumer Trends.Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills.Ability to align academic processes with industry requirements and university objectives.We are looking for a visionary leader committed to shaping the next generation of digital media professionals through innovation, industry collaboration, and academic excellence.Interested candidates may apply with their updated CV.
