About the Job

We are currently looking for a highly motivated Trainee Structural Engineer specifically targeting candidates who recently completed their M.Tech in Structural Engineering.

This position is ideal for fresh graduates passionate about structural design and analysis, eager to kickstart their professional journey within a supportive, dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in structural design and analysis projects using software such as RFEM, ANSYS, FEMAP, or STAAD Pro.
  • Prepare clear, detailed structural calculations and documentation.
  • Support senior engineers by conducting research, developing sketches, and creating models.
  • Participate in internal design review sessions and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Engage actively in training programs to enhance your technical and professional skills.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree (M.Tech) in Structural Engineering (recently completed).
  • Solid foundational knowledge in structural engineering principles and analysis techniques.
  • Basic familiarity with structural design codes, particularly Eurocodes.
  • Proficiency in structural analysis software (preferred).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Enthusiasm for continuous learning, professional growth, and problem-solving.
