Our goal is to create spaces that achieve a minimum carbon footprint.


Role Description


We are looking for a Junior Architect to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site office role located in Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area. The Junior Architect will be responsible for assisting in the design and development of projects, as well as providing support to the senior architects.


Qualifications

  • A degree in Architecture or a related field
  • Experience of 3-6 years in architectural design and development
  • Knowledge of building codes and regulations such as UDCPR
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software
  • Proficiency in rendering software such as Lumion, V-ray, Twinmotion, enscape.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of sustainable design principles and practices
  • Knowledge of construction materials and methods
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Preparation of BOQ and Presentations.


In addition, any experience in project management would be beneficial.
