Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Sales Manager
with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the HealthTech Lifesciences or Clinical Research domain to join their elite team.
The successful candidate possesses a thorough understating of complete sales process and responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities within the SaaS (SoftwareasaService) market.
As a Sales Manager you will play a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships understanding client requirements and promoting our SaaS solutions to meet their specific needs and build and run a strong sales team.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth in the HealthTech Lifesciences and Clinical Research sectors.
Identify and prospect potential clients in the target market through various channels including coldcalling networking and leveraging industry connections.
Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify key trends competitive landscape and customer needs to shape the sales strategy and product positioning.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers and stakeholders in the target industry including Clevel executives IT directors and procurement professionals.
Build strong sales process and metrics to manage a strong sales team.
Understand client requirements pain points and business challenges to effectively position and tailor our SaaS solutions to address their specific needs.
Collaborate closely with the product development and marketing teams to provide valuable customer feedback and insights drive product enhancements and ensure alignment between sales and product strategies.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations demonstrations and proposals to potential clients highlighting the value proposition features and benefits of our SaaS solutions.
Negotiate contract terms pricing and licensing agreements in collaboration with the legal and finance teams ensuring mutually beneficial and profitable outcomes.
Maintain accurate sales records track sales activities and provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the management team.
Stay updated on industry trends emerging technologies and regulatory changes related to HealthTech Lifesciences and Clinical Research sectors to proactively identify new opportunities and challenges.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in IT sales specifically in the SaaS industry within the HealthTech Lifesciences or Clinical Research domain.
Experience of Sales in US/Europe geographies is mandatory
Must have a proven track record of scaling the business.
Strong understanding of the HealthTech Lifesciences or Clinical Research sectors including knowledge of industry trends challenges and regulatory requirements.
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients at all levels of an organization.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to understand complex clients requirements and propose effective solutions.
Selfmotivated resultoriented and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients attend industry events and participate in conferences.
Education:
Bachelors degree in business computer science engineering or a related field.
An MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
