Assistant Mixologist

Team FIORI is looking for an assistant mixologist who will report to the senior mixologist & restaurant manager in a busy restaurant bar, to deliver a high volume of well executed classics and signatures. Apart from this, the ideal candidate will enjoy interacting with guests throughout service, possess a mindset of continuous growth + learning with smoothening operations and recipe development.


FIORI places heavy importance on a dynamic cocktail menu. You will be exposed to new ingredients, techniques, recipes frequently, while collaborating with other reputed mixologists. This would contribute to grow your learning and professional landscape.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure that assigned bar is properly stocked, set up, and open/closed as on time based on SOPs.
  2. Assist in preparation of batches, mixers, cordials, syrups, etc.
  3. Assist with inventories and requisitions to restock bar items .
  4. Assist in the control of in-use stock inventory in all beverage outlets.
  5. Possess job and product knowledge, including knowledge of cocktail recipes, wine lists and bar set-ups.
  6. Observe and enforce grooming and uniform standards according to company policies and procedures.
  7. Monitor guest flow in assigned bar to ensure prompt service for all guests.
  8. Be friendly and welcoming to all guests across service.


Prerequisites:

  • Hotel management graduate / Bar school graduate.
  • 1 year of basic experience in well known bar.
  • Flexible working hours subject to the demands of the business.
