With a reputation for excellence, Studio Fountainhead creates innovative and functional design solutions for urban and architectural challenges.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a BIM Architect based in Delhi. The BIM Architect will be responsible for producing architectural drawings and models using Building Information Modeling (BIM) software, preparing construction drawings, and coordinating submittals. The role involves collaboration with design teams, adherence to project timelines, and ensuring alignment with client and regulatory requirements.QualificationsExpertise in Architecture, including conceptual design and technical detailingProficiency in architectural drawings and construction drawingsComprehensive knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and techniquesExperience with submittals and documentation processesStrong organizational and coordination skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentBachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related fieldFamiliarity with Indian building codes and regulations is a plus
