On one side, you will work with us on interesting recruiting mandates. With recruiting for them we’ll show HR departments step by step the benefits of a data-driven approach :) On the other hand, you’ll collaborate with us to implement solutions for our clients.Requirements

MSc or PhD in Computer Science / Data Science

Proficiency in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)

Strong programming skills (Python, R, or similar)

Scripting experience with Deluge is highly desired

Experience with data pre-processing, model selection, and optimization

Ideally, you’ve already worked on Human Resource use cases; alternatively Marketing use cases would be relevant.

Responsibilities:Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and transform prototypes into robust machine learning solutions

Working with sentiment analysis, predictive analytics, and LLMs

Researching and implementing suitable machine learning algorithms and tools

Conducting data pre-processing

Optimizing models for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability

Collaborating with software engineers to integrate machine learning solutions into applications seamlessly

Customizing solutions to meet individual client needs
