About the Role:We are seeking a skilled Azure Engineer with expertise in server and database migration to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in planning, executing, and supporting migration projects to Azure cloud infrastructure, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.Key Responsibilities:  Design, plan, and execute server and database migration strategies to Azure cloud platformAssess existing infrastructure and recommend migration approachesPerform lift-and-shift or re-architecture as required for seamless migrationMonitor migration progress and resolve issues proactivelyCollaborate with development and operations teams to ensure smooth transitionOptimize cloud resources for cost, performance, and securityMaintain documentation of migration processes and configurationsProvide post-migration support and troubleshootingRequired Skills & Experience:  Proven experience in Azure cloud services, including Iaa S, Paa S, and Saa SHands-on experience in migrating servers (Windows/Linux) and databases (SQL Server, Azure SQL, etc.)Strong understanding of networking, security, and compliance standards in AzureKnowledge of Azure Migrate, Azure Data Factory, and related toolsFamiliarity with Power Shell, Azure CLI, and automation scriptingGood communication skills and ability to work in a team environmentRelevant certifications (Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, etc.) are a plusQualifications:  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field3+ years of experience in cloud migration projectsWhy Join Us:  Innovate with a leading organization at the forefront of cloud technologyWork in a collaborative and growth-oriented environmentAttractive compensation and benefits package
