Responsibilities:
Overall Management: Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations and activities of the center or facility.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies, goals, and objectives for the center in alignment with the organization's mission and vision.
Budget Management: Create and manage the center's budget, ensuring financial stability and efficient resource allocation.
Staff Supervision: Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff members, including instructors, administrative personnel, and support staff.
Program Development: Design and coordinate educational programs, services, or activities offered by the center, ensuring they meet quality standards and fulfill the center's objectives.
Customer Relations: Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, students, parents, or other stakeholders, addressing their needs and concerns.
Marketing and Promotion: Develop marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to attract clients or students, increase enrollment, and enhance the center's visibility within the community.
Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of service or education.
Performance Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the center's performance, assess outcomes, and make necessary adjustments to improve results.
Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to senior management or governing bodies on the center's activities, achievements, and challenges.
Community Engagement: Engage with the local community, businesses, and educational institutions to foster partnerships and collaboration.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend strategies to enhance the center's effectiveness and efficiency.
Goal Achievement: Work towards achieving enrollment targets, revenue goals, and other key performance indicators set for the center.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Persuasive and convincing interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the education industry and admission processes.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
