As a QA Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products.

Your primary focus will be on manual testing, with an opportunity to apply and grow your skills in automation testing.

You will collaborate closely with the engineering team to identify, document, and resolve defects.

Your contributions will directly impact the product's success, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our users.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute manual testing strategies for various product features, ensuring all components function as expected across different environments.

- Participate in the development and implementation of automated tests, aiming to increase the efficiency and coverage of testing processes.


- Collaborate with the product engineering team to understand requirements, design test plans, and ensure quality standards are met.

- Identify, record, and track bugs and inconsistencies, providing detailed information to facilitate quick resolutions.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality assurance practices, including test plan updates and the integration of new testing tools and methodologies.

- Assist in the review of user feedback to identify potential areas for product improvement.

- Ensure compliance with industry quality standards and 6 months to 1 year of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on manual testing.

- Knowledge of automation testing tools and techniques is a plus.

- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and quality assurance methodologies.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Familiarity with bug-tracking tools and test management software.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
