Job Description:


We are in search of an accomplished Oracle SCM Functional Consultant, primed with expertise in Oracle Fusion applications, particularly amplifying proficiency in the Manufacturing module, encompassing Discrete Manufacturing, Process Manufacturing, and Contract Manufacturing. This role also requires comprehensive command over Inventory, Order Management, Maintenance, and Planning modules. The desired candidate should boast an impressive resume of 3-4 successful cloud module implementations and a minimum of 7 years of professional experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead the orchestration of client engagements, adeptly grasping business requirements, and crafting bespoke solutions leveraging Oracle Fusion SCM modules.
  • Spearhead end-to-end implementation cycles of Oracle SCM modules, encompassing meticulous phases of requirement elicitation, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
  • Tailor Oracle Fusion applications to align seamlessly with client-specific operational requisites, ensuring optimal functionality and performance.
  • Foster knowledge exchange through interactive workshops, training sessions, and mentorship initiatives, both for clients and internal teams.


Requirements:

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Boast a minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience as an Oracle SCM Functional Consultant, showcasing proficiency in Oracle Fusion applications.
  • Exhibit distinguished expertise in the Manufacturing module, encompassing Discrete Manufacturing, Process Manufacturing, and Contract Manufacturing, complemented by prowess in Inventory, Order Management, Maintenance, and Planning modules.
  • Demonstrate a robust portfolio of 3-4 cloud module implementations, underscored by successful project outcomes.
  • Showcase exceptional analytical acumen, coupled with stellar communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Thrive in collaborative team environments, adept at navigating diverse stakeholder landscapes.
  • Display flexibility in travel, prepared to undertake assignments at client locations across India.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Hold Oracle certifications in SCM modules, affirming expertise and credibility.
  • Possess prior experience in serving multinational clients or engaging within a global delivery model.
  • Familiarity with other Oracle Cloud modules, including Procurement, Supply Chain Planning, and Logistics, is advantageous.
