Qualifications
Technical Services and Technical Support skills
Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and decision-making
Proficiency in Troubleshooting technical issues
Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
Experience in the electrical or manufacturing industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
