Job Purpose
Responsible for understanding and interpreting the MIS reports requirements of the stake holders /management and generate the same with the Financial and Sales data on regular basis. Hand-on working on Budget & Planning activities in co-ordination with all departments for timely completion. Variance analysis & GL review reporting on monthly basis, including inter-system reconciliation. Provide MIS to the external and internal stakeholders.

Job Context:

Responsible for Monthly Books closure activities and ensure control procedures are complied with.

To Collect and collate financial data and provide accurate MIS to the Group and management within the agreed timelines

Preparation of Financial statements in accordance with applicable financial reporting framework and coordination with Auditors for providing data to quarterly LR audit, interim audit, special purpose audit and annual financial year closure audit.

To Prepare and submit Segmental performance report to management periodically.

Periodic review of ledgers and prepare necessary reconciliations, presentations and data charts.

Major Challenges
The major challenge in this role is to co-ordinate with multiple departments to get data on timely basis, reconcile and prepare report for Accounting & MIS purpose.

Excellent skills in Excel workings clubbed with accounting expertise required.

Work under pressure to complete the task within defined timelines and acceptance from management and Auditors.

Constant learning of the updates in the regulatory requirements, business arena, advancements in IndAS and incorporate the same in practice.

KRA1 Accounting Be an active hands-on checker in the monthly, quarterly & annual financial book closure activities and collect base data for GL Vs. MIS reconciliation.

Checker for inter -systems transactions reconciliation.

SPOC for Annual Budget and Planning activities and in payment process for Budgetary control & Financial Control.

Provide inputs for the budget workings basis the actual data.

KRA2 MIS Draw key management reports and ensure timely MIS.

Group Financials & MIS consolidation and preparation and other reporting requirements on periodical basis.

Variance Analysis, GL review, IndAS interpretations and co-ordination with Auditors for providing data to quarterly LR audit, interim audit, special purpose audit and annual financial year closure audit.
