The ideal candidate will train, coach, and groom the team to work on real-world AI/ML use cases, helping them strengthen their technical foundation and project execution skills.Key Responsibilities:Mentor and train junior team members in Python, AI, and Machine Learning concepts.Guide the team in applying AI/ML techniques to real business problems and customer use cases.Conduct hands-on sessions, code reviews, and technical discussions.Foster a collaborative and learning-oriented environment within the team.Work closely with the management to track progress and ensure training goals are achieved.Requirements:Strong experience in AI/ML development and deployment.Proficiency in Python and related ML frameworks/libraries.Proven ability to train and mentor junior engineers or fresh graduates.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Experience working in large organizations and handling client-focused AI/ML projects (not limited to academic work).Preferred Qualifications (Optional):Prior experience in conducting technical training or corporate workshops.Strong interpersonal and team-building skills.
