Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and expectations.Research, plan, and organize complete travel itineraries — including flights, hotels, transfers, tours, and special requests.Process and manage bookings accurately using internal systems and tools.Provide end-to-end customer support, handling any changes, inquiries, or issues that may arise before or during travel.Prepare and manage travel documentation, including visas, insurance, and confirmations.Follow up with clients post-travel to gather feedback and maintain long-term relationships.Ensure all travel arrangements comply with company policies and international regulations.Qualifications2+ years of experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar role (fresh graduates are also welcome to apply).Proficient in travel booking systems, GDS, and CRM tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , especially with international clients.Strong sales and negotiation abilities with a customer-first mindset.Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Up-to-date knowledge of global travel trends, destinations, and regulations.Flexible to work rotational shifts and weekly offs , including late evenings or night shifts to align with U.S. time zones.Transportation: One-way cab drop facility available for female employees (nearby locations).Compensation & BenefitsBase Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 (gross per month), depending on experience and qualifications.Performance Incentives: Unlimited earning potential — average incentive range ₹50,000 – ₹150,000 per month.How to ApplyIf you’re passionate about travel and thrive in a dynamic, customer-centric environment, we’d love to hear from youPlease send your resume and a brief cover letter highlighting your relevant experience to:
