Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President, Retirement Operations

In this role as BCMUS Retirement Operations leader, you will be responsible for leading RetirementOperations 

Responsibilities

·Provide strategic direction and leadership for US Retirement operations, setting clear goals and objectives aligned with the overall business objectives.

·Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards, such as ERISA, IRS regulations, and DOL guidelines.

·Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute plans for optimizingretirement operations efficiency.

·Articulate and tailor value proposition based on the needs identified for client and differentiation of Genpact.

·Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to track operational performance and service delivery metrics.

·Leverage in-depth knowledge of US Retirement Operations to drive innovative solutions and identify opportunities for business growth.

·Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

·Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks associated with retirement operations.

·Harness digital tools and technologies to enhance retirement operations, drive transformation implementing automation and data analytics solutions.

·Collaborate for new deal process including solutioning, pricing, due diligence, transition, and stabilization.

·Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients and partners, ensuring high levels of service quality, responsiveness, and satisfaction.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

·Proven experience in a leadership role within US Retirement operations, with a strong understanding of retirement plans,services, and regulatory requirements, including ERISA, IRS regulations, and DOL guidelines.

·Understand E2E value chain of retirement operations, i.e.,retirement plan administration, including participant recordkeeping, contributions processing, distributions, loans, and compliance testing.

·Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., ASPPA, Qualified 401(k) Administrator etc.)

·Ability to establish relationships with CXO level partners.

·Experience in implementing and maintaining compliance frameworks within retirement processes.

·Executive-level discernment and understanding of business issues across multiple focus sectors.

·Ability to engage senior client management on offerings, emerging issues in focus sectors, lead project scope discussions and provide insightful recommendations.

·Demonstrated success in business development and revenue generation.
