Structural Design Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and contribute to the design of highway road projects , including pavement design, grade-separated interchanges, overpasses, underpasses, and viaduct structures.
Prepare and review detailed designs for metro rail projects , covering elevated and underground structures, viaducts, cut-and-cover tunnels, and station buildings.
Execute and oversee detailed designs for railway infrastructure , including track bridges, ROBs (Road Over Bridges), RUBs (Road Under Bridges), and station structures.
Support tunnel engineering projects, including TBM-driven tunnels, NATM tunneling methods, cut-and-cover tunnels, and tunnel lining design .
Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and project specifications.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver safe, cost-effective, and innovative design solutions.
Stay updated on latest materials, design practices, and construction techniques specific to transportation infrastructure .
Key Skills & Expertise
Proven experience in structural design of highways, metros, railways, and tunnels .
Proficiency in structural analysis and design software.
Strong knowledge of international and Indian codes/standards for transportation structures.
Ability to handle complex engineering challenges with innovative solutions.
Excellent coordination, communication, and project management skills.
Experience Level
Senior Structural Design Engineer : 15–18 years of experience
Structural Design Engineer : 8–12 years of experience
